“Amazing!!! During this past horrible winter we had a pipe burst in our basement. The basement was finished and the water rose above the outlets causing major issues. I called a few electricians and they all told me they were to busy and it would be weeks before they could get to me. I called Gagnon and Bill answered, he came to the house immediately and gave me a run down of what he saw. A long story short due to the amount of time that passed between the flooding and the environmental company getting here the entire basement had to be gutted. Gagnon had to remove the old per the building inspectors requirements and bring everything up to code. They replaced the panels, reran the electrical in the basement, repaired areas that were dangerous and in need of replacement. He worked well with the building inspector and handled everything from day 1 to completion. Highly responsive, great communication and phenomenal customer service. The customer comes first and needs to be satisfied. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you have a need for an electrician and call someone other then Gagnon you are foolish, there is not a better contractor to have complete your work. I will use Gagnon for all my electrical needs going forward!”
